Roof leak in San Bernardino

We received this loss late in the evening with a customer greatly concerned with part of their roof leaking into their living room. We were able to assist them and remove all the affected materials. Thankfully this customer was remodeling their living room and had just had their floor removed and was about to reinstall their floor when they received this loss, though water loss is never an ideal situation but it happening before placing the new flooring was definitely good timing. We were able to remove and then dry their studs, they have successfully fixed the leak in their roof and now they are ready for construction and further more ready to finally install their new flooring. We know once everything is complete it will look wonderful. We were happy to assist this family in their time of need.
