Large mold job in Rancho

This is a big job we received during the summer, from a woman that had a large water loss that originated from some loose shingles on her roof from some rain we had received that summer previous to her loss. She had not noticed the loss at first, but she began to notice a musky smell and called her adjuster right away. Viewing her kitchen there was no indication of any damage, but from the before photo she had a good amount of mold growing. Being summer with the heat and the odd rain we received during that time, it caused perfect conditions for mold to grow. Once we removed the affected materials keeping the humidity level as low as possible no higher than 50% all day. Which is why when we have mold jobs we contain the area in order to control the humidity. We also placed an air scrubber so that the air in the remainder of the home could be cleaned while we dried her studs and entire kitchen. Even though upon initial inspection everything looked great, its important to be thorough in order to make sure the safety of our customers is number 1.
